Yippee! (Mario gives an Ultra Mushroom to you since he is so proud of you.)
Since I'm only 13, I'm not really sure what to become when I grow up. Maybe a videogame programmer? I don't no.
I wish I could see you in Singapore or Australia. It would be like visiting a movie star.

Congratulations Eric !!! Well done. !!! I knew you would get it. You are the smartest and most talented person I have come accross. What with all the good looks!! Its a blessing to be able to hire you. If I happen to bump into you in Singapore I will definitely approach you. Dont be surprised if this happened because I will be able to recognise you from your pictures. You are my idol. You will not have problems with your colleagues as you are an all rounder. I was very nervous at my first job because I was not as exposed to the world as you are. Fortunately, my army friend was starting together with me. Well, and while you are in Singapore, try to visit the Buddha Tooth Relic Museum. I have not have a chance to go in yet but it is really something not to be missed whatever your religion. Its the latest tourist spot. All the best !!!!!

WELL DONE ERIC!! Good to read!
I'm confident you will be very popular where you'll work and do well! ^_^
I'm still in uni (my first exam is this Thursday *shudder*), so I've not gotten my real job yet. But when I got my first part-time job, it felt great (not a big deal now when I look back).
My self-esteem went up a little (I was actually good enough to hire. lol), and the prospect of being financially independant made me feel powerful (not sure if that's the right word).
Well, have a great flight. Have a good time in Singapore. How long you there for BTW?

I understand your feelings and I know how frustrating it can be. I have difficulty holding down a job also. In my last job, I had a review and they told me they didn't like the tone of my voice! You should seek out professional help. If you don't have insurance or the funds to see a psychiatrist, find a community mental health center in your area. These are funded by the government and they can provide help for you. If you can't find an agency, contact your local health department and ask about it. If that doesn't work, trying contacting your local United Way agency. They offer "first call for help" and they should be able to find the help you need. Don't give up! If your anger gets out of control, just get away from everyone for a while. Take a long walk or just be by yourself until you calm down. Good luck!

Hold on a minute - your new job is in Singapore?
I wouldn't have encouraged you if I'd known Australia was to lose you Eric.
I do wish you all the congratulations and best wishes humanly possible.
Your future success is assured.
Going now to read your Blog.
You will have access to a computer won't you?
From what I recall it felt great (kind or scary too),
but I'm happier for you right now than I ever was starting my first job.
It was a smart company that hired you Eric, safe trip.

Congratulations and well done! First jobs are a bit scary, but once you learn the ropes and find out where the coffee machine is, it's a great feeling to be earning your own money. Going to read about it on your blog, in a minute. Your great mood is contagious! The very best of luck in your new life

So happy for you!! Wow, flying to go to your first job!! How exciting!! My first job was at the hobby store down the street, lol. It's taken me many years to realize I needed a job with benefits, something I can stay with for a long time that is stable, dependable and will see me to my retirement. You have more smarts than I do,lol. Applying for my current (and hopefully last) job was a big step for me as well. It has changed my outlook on my future, and in truth boosted my self esteem, though I have always had a strong work ethic, and just from what I know of you, I know your work ethic is strong, too.
As with anything in life, there will be things about your job you absolutely adore, and those you could do without. Don't get discouraged when you don't automatically know what to do, it will take time to come into your own. One of the hardest things I've had to learn is how to leave work at work, and home at home.
Good luck, and I hope to hear from you as soon as you get settled in!!

Congratulations!!
It's a different world out there, can be a little scary and intimidating at first. It was only when I started working that I found out that office politics are very REAL. Not trying to scare you off, but just being realistic. But I have faith in you.
Good luck in your new job and have a great holiday home.
