Kinds smells like burning rubber, or maybe oil? Buts its not gas and is definately coming out the exhaust.

If it smells like rotten eggs, it is probably the cat. If it just stinks and smells burnt, you have an oil leak somewhere that the oil is running down on the exhaust. Sometimes no oil will reach the ground to leave a spot because the exhaust burns it up before it drips down. Park the car in a clean spot, start the car for just a couple of minutes, then turn it off. Wait a while and them move the car and look for an oil spot.

it could be a head gasket if it is white smoke and stinks. or it could be burning oil.

over rich mixture or dammaged cat converter or both. It is time for a new trucklet.
