Your cartridge is probably not seated properly. You may also not have inserted the proper cartridge, it happens to the best of us. Compare the old and new cartridges. If it is neither of these, unplug the power to the printer for 30 seconds and plug it back in.

Try to remove the catridge and replace it. It is probably not placed very well.

Cancel all documents to be printed.

Unplug your printer to refresh its cache memory.

Plug it again. Wait for a green light.

Then print a test page.

Then print your document.

Go into control panel open your printer see if you can get it to print a test page try cleaning the heads, align the cartage anything to get a response make shore all line are hooked up mine has messed up a couple off times and I had to go to the control and Delete the printer and reinstall but you need the software or drivers to do that

Remove the catridges and insert again, watch it, then restart your system and remove the printer plug and fix back. As the system come up the printer should response but if it doesn't check your old catridge to the new one if the number and ml on it are the same.

Get a new catridge with the old one and re-insert to the printer.

Bye

i assume that when you replaced ISP you have been given a clean router. Your prompt printer works by using talking inclusive of your router. Delete the printer out of your pc and then run the installation disc that got here with printer. this could set it as much as artwork inclusive of your new router.

Have you changed any setting?

For an example the paper size.

My experience: I was using an A4 paper but it can't print any until I change it to the initial one, the letter size. Funny, Ha?!

Sigh! Hp... so much propblem??

Check that you've taken the seal off the cartridge, and then make sure it clicks into place when you insert it.
