"Rebeka" sounds like a phonetic spelling of "Rebecca", which is taken from the Hebrew, "Rivqu", and literally means "snare".
I presume this name is a play on words since Rebecca helps her son Jacob (tr. "holds the heel"), win his dying father Isaac's blessing, which rightfully belonged to his twin brother, Essau (tr. "hairy"), the first born son. Rebecca dresses Jacob in his brother's clothes and puts a goatskin on his arm, so Isaac, who is blind, will think he is giving his first-born son his birth right (which governed inheritance).

It's an ancient Hebrew word that means "young heifer". But there are really only two spellings, "Rebekah" (closest to the Hebrew spelling) or "Rebecca" (Latinised). Don't go making up your own spelling, it's trashy.
