Responsibility? As a Christian, the event you are referring to would be either the Rapture or the Final Judgment. For the Rapture, Christ will return, but will not come to earth. He will come forth and summon the church (read that as those who have been saved) to Him. Then we will depart to dwell with Him while the earth undergoes some very extensive remodeling, soul searching and sorting.
Either way, after the Rapture, we will be as children with all our needs met and cared for. We will play and laugh and fulfill our heart's desires without the temptations of sin. We will have no responsibility. It will be our eternal joy to love, praise and worship Him.
A more ponderable question would be, "What are our responsibilities until the Savior's return?"

I can not attest what responsibilities those of other faiths may be held to.

I have no responsibility other then the ones i already have. I choose to walk the pagan path, and therefore, there are several things i do not agree with.
But just because i do not believe it, does not mean it isnt right for you or others.

Blessed Be!
