I don't want to buy something cute (like a teddy bear) but something to show her my love.
I was thinking of a pendant, but she doesn't like jewelry (nor does she wear em).
It is special because its been 7 months we've been apart from each other and I want to buy her something meaningful.

If you were my boyfriend, I'd want to see this! I'd think you were lovely just because you had been trying to find me a special gift.
Alternatively, Id like a painting. Something new and fresh and expensive. But that's me.
...so perfume is good. Chanel Chance. It's fruity and summery.

Something meaningful will be a painting of something she likes. That is something she will remember for long...
Send first the pic of what you want to http://www.paintyourlife.com/ and the artists make the painting.
You have several options to choose from too.

I would get her a flower (NOT A FREAKIN ROSE! every girl gets tons of stupid roses her entire life, be creative!) and write a really long, endearing letter about her and how you feel about her. Then, think of something that she really loves and buy it. Or make it. Find a book that she likes, or something, anything.
Err. it's getting late. I need to sleep.

How about a book - maybe even poetry.
How about prepare her a candlelight dinner.
How about a music box.
Think about what her interests are.
Maybe a CD with romantic songs.
Whatever turns her on.

The most expensive CHOCOLATES you can find. No doubt about it. Chocolate MEANS something to a woman.
