If she can walk and she has teeth then her eyes should definitely be open. I would suggest taking her to the vet for a check up as soon as possible. Take a warm wash cloth and wipe her eyes gently to see if that helps in some way. Get her a good quality kitten food and moisten it with water or some cat milk from your local store. Do not give her cow's milk. Most cats are lactose intolerant and cow's milk can really upset her digestive system. If she can't eat on her own then get her a bottle for a kitten from the pet store or the pet section at you local store and feed her cat milk from the bottle. You will have to also wipe her little behind with a warm wash cloth to stimulate bowel movements. I would also suggest calling a vet. Most will give lots of great advice free over the phone. Good luck and thank you for taking in the little kitten.

First of all, I would take the kitten to a vet and have them look it over just to make sure that it isn't sick or injured.
Kittens also have teeth at birth, and their eyes are still developing, which can take a little longer than 7-10 days...It just depends on how fast the kitten is developing.
She is still very young, and she isn't old enough to live off of solid foods, so if you are planning to adopt her and raise her on your own, then the first thing you are going to need aside from a litter box, is kitten milk replacer and a tiny surringe or an eyedropper. You can get the milk replacer at Walmart, and I think it also comes with a small baby bottle.
It's easier than you might think to nurse a kitten, basically, once they realize that the surringe means food, they will do it on their own so long as you are holding the surringe. To start her off, gently push the end of the surringe into her mouth, and squeeze out a few drops of the milk replacer. Just make sure not to go too fast or you could make her choke.
She will need the milk replacer until she is 7-8 weeks of age, and then you can slowly start to ween her off of the milk replacer by softening her solid kitten chow in it.
I have raised more than my share of kittens by hand, so if you have any more questions, feel free to email me at merrickdenight@hotmail.com

not all kittens and puppies open their eyes at 7-10 days i've had some take 4 weeks to open. If the kitten already has teeth then try putting a little soft kitten food on your finger till she gets used to eating and drinking, kittens that age love to nurse so go to your local pet store and buy an abondonded kitten kit, it comes with everything you need for your baby kitten. Hope it makes it.

you probably need to buy newborn kitten bottles and kitte formula u can usually get it at your local livestock store or vet suply store, after maybe a few days, since the kittens eyes are open, depending on the size ans sharpness of their teeth than u can buy them some of the soft cat food and puut some in a little bowl but take a spoon and mash it up first

I don't understand why she is walking and has teeth, but her eyes are still closed? Is her eyes matted shut? If they are you need to take her to the vet, she more than likely has an eye infection. She needs milk replacer for kittens. They sell it ready made in cans at local pet stores, co-ops, vet clinics, etc. And they sell the bottles. If she she hasn't been going 1 or 2, she probably isn't old enough to go on her own. Mother cats help her kittens "relieve" themselves by licking their privates. You can do this by using a warm damp paper towel and gently wiping her "parts". If any other problems arise, ask a vet. oh and if her eyes are matted you can use a warm damp washcloth to soften up the "cornbread" and see if she can open them then by herself, but still she needs to see a vet. Don't pry her eyes open if they are not matted, but it sounds like something is defiantly wrong if she has teeth, there is no way her eyes should still be shut. Keep her out of drafts and get her the least wet as possible...kittens are very susceptible to colds. See a vet asap!

Well if you can get her to a vet or even your SPCA they may be able to tell you about how old she is.
I believe kittens are born with teeth.
For now if you can get ahold of a dolls bottle and a towel to keep her warm, you can feed her milk, as a kitten it won't hurt her it is just hard on older cats. If you can get to your local pet store or vet, they have formula specially for baby animals. Just heat it up like a baby bottle around room temp. If you don't have a bottle a needle less syringe would do, like from an ear drop bottle or something to get her a LITTLE bit of food. If you give her too much you can DROWN her. Her little stomach cant take too much food. Maybe about 2 teaspoons at the most for now during a feeding, about 3 times a day and try to get her to lap it up or suck on the bottle to show some interest in eating, fluids are important for dehydration reasons. Again though get ahold of your local SPCA or Vet and ask, It is free to inquire about stuff!!! If you plan on keeping the kitten it will be eating in no time and you will love her. I have 4 cats of my own and a dog too....

I think she should go to the vets with teeth and walking so well their may be and eye problem. A vet also can give you the best idea of what to do for the kitten.
Good luck.

just to be sure, you should take her to the vet. get shots, a checkup, stuff like that.
if you dont want to do that, you might want to try giving it a bath, the kitty might have something in its eyes so that it cant open them or something.
you might want to get some kitten formula from the pet store so it can eat. make sure it has a place to sleep and make it know your there for it. cats find assurance in love. hope this helps.

Take the Kitten to a vet for a checkup. If u can't afford that, take it to the RSPCA for advice. If you STILL can't do that, buy baby formula / pronutro and feed the kitten it for at least a month. Then start giving it milk and tuna chunks.
