i am a song leader at our church. I am the vice- president of our youth ministry. I found out that our ministry adviser and our ministry president are secretly having an affair, in spite that the other one is already married, though is also already separated (but with no legal supports) long time ago. As my superiors, i don't know if i should tell them that i really don't agree about their relationship. or should i just shut up and really just pray for them and leave it to the Lord?
we are just few in the ministry and when this truth comes up, it sure would be a big issue for all of us...
any particular related event or verse in the bible you could share with me, that i could relate to this? thanks!

No...the book of Matthew instructs that we should LOVINGLY AND GENTLY confront the offender alone first, then similarly confront the offender with 2 other people, then submit your grievance to the elders of the church.

You have my prayers, friend in the Lord...

Just prasy and leave it to the lord, in the bible it says vengeance is mine and to not worry for I will pay it full, and it also says a Sin is a Sin no Sin is greater then another and no sin is worse then another, with that we all have sinned and lusted so we are guilty of the sin they are doing also so dont judge at all in this, and it also says their is no secret of man that will not eventually be revealed, what they are doing will be paybacked to them let the Lord take care of it do not intervene

Biblical discipline is discussed in the Gospel of Matthew. The goal of it is bring your brother to repentence and reconciliation, not condemnation. Hopefully they will listen. Here is what the Bible says.

Matthew 18:15 "If your brother sins, go and show him his fault in private; if he listens to you, you have won your brother.
16 "But if he does not listen to you, take one or two more with you, so that BY THE MOUTH OF TWO OR THREE
WITNESSES EVERY FACT MAY BE CONFIRMED.
17 "If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector."

I understand and completely appreciate your dilemma. However, the bible teaches us not to judge and God is anti-gossip. So your instinct on keeping quiet is the best way. I realise that you may feel that you may be an "enabler" of the downfall that may be to come, but God has a plan for everyone and everything. Pray and He will make it right.

If there is any doubt in your mind that this is truly happening you should not be guilty of bearing false witness.
Such a thing, if true, is damaging to the church. Approach the leader of your congregation with your concerns in humility and with respect. It is his duty and desire to protect his flock.

Say nothing unless the ministry itself would be in danger otherwise.

They love darkness rather than light because their deeds are evil. I think you should tell them separately that it will be very bad when their affair is discovered. They are a disgrace to decency.

I would say to pray about confronting them. Let the Lord do the sorting
