The question is not whether u will get caught or not, but is it right?
The developers and companies are spending their time and money to come up with the software. So if u like it and would like to use buy it.
Or if u find them costly go for free or open source software.
Now almost all commercial softwares have free alternatives.

And now the answer to your question:
If the software requires communication with the internet there are chances of getting caught, but rare. If no connection to the Internet is needed chance of getting caught is little, except for the case in which some one comes and checks your computer.

Even though the chances of getting caught are rare, better dont use such software, go for freewares

the proper anti-virus is Kaspersky or Norton yet they don't seem to be unfastened. Kaspersky does grant a unfastened on line test besides the fact that it would not eliminate what it reveals. 2nd proper unfastened are Avast and AVG and others. The Microsoft firewall that comes unfastened with XP and Vista is extremely sturdy yet regrettably grants no visibility. in case you want visibility, attempt the unfastened Zone Alarm. Zone Alarm is rather sturdy besides the fact that that's puzzling for me to declare it incredibly is the proper. the proper firewalls are actually not unfastened. you have phishing filters in Firefox 3 and IE 7 and IE 8 (clever exhibit screen clear out) and AVG. it incredibly is strictly a query of ways in many situations the phishing clear out database gets as much as date with precise information. it is not uncomplicated to declare that's proper.

You can get caught and be fined or go to jail.
