Not sure on the collard greens, never had any; but anytime is time for cornbread and meat loaf! I forget, it is red wine or white wine with meat loaf? LOL! Beer!

i like candy cornbread however the only time i'm compelled to eat collard vegetables is New 365 days's Day.we've collard vegetables, blackeyed peas and cornbread. A southern custom my husband grew up with. This meal will carry stable success and financial fulfillment for the arrival 365 days. LOL ( i'm nevertheless waiting). The collard vegetables characterize "green Backs", the blackeyed peas are "funds" and the cornbread is "Gold"

Fine, as long as you don't want to go to bed until after 9 am or so.
Otherwise, you will have dreams of being tossed in a boat during a hurricane!
