Silly question. There is only one answer. God can do anything he wants. That's the neat thing about the god thing. This is an Omnipotent, Omniscient, all Seeing and Eternal thrown in the bargain.
God Did It. How did he do it? He can do it because he is god. Simple. A no brainer. an answer to everything and nothing. If humanity had that kind of curiosity level we would still be staring with awe and fear at a burning forest 60 000 years ago.

I do not believe that there is any meaningful notion of time according to the standard model of the Big Bang, either. So one could ask similar questions about the standard model, such as: why did the point of singularity "blow up?" What changed? Was it uncaused?
What do we know of that is an uncaused cause? If anything caused the Bang, then it was transcendent, i.e., outside of the universe.

After Armageddon new scrolls will be opened. Don't you know that right now we only think with about .000001% of our full brain power?
After Armageddon, those who truly love Jehovah God and his standards, and that have endured this wicked old system we live in now, will be in the know. This means the true believers will come to accurate knowledge and many unanswered questions will be answered at that time.
Right now, Jehovah God wants us to concentrate on his word, the Bible and only what he, as our Heavenly Father, feels we should know at this time. It can be likened to your own father or mother...in raising you, at certain points in your life, they felt you should only be allowed only a portion of information for that time, and as you got older they revealed more about life and other things they knew were not important for you to know as a babe.
With Jehovah God, after Armageddon, he will allow us full knowledge on many things that we only wonder about today. Right now though, like I said before, it's important that you study his word and inculcate it deep in your heart and brain.
This means your life.

well I dont have to be a creationist to tear this apart.
Time in a sense is a measurement of change. If everything in the universe would suddenly stop, down to the last particle essentially time would not pass.
As such time would start from the moment of creation because before that their was no change because their was no matter.

'NOW' is when he decided the Universe (and thus time, what we know as the fourth dimension).

God did not create time. Any Theologian will tell you that. Time is a man made concept.
