A trip to the vet. Seriously if your dog has a bone stuck in it's throat you can pretty much just wait for it to cough it up(not recommended) or take it to the vet.

A free ride to the veterinary hospital. It could puncture the lining of the dog's throat and kill it. Giving the dog food so that the bone will "go down" is only asking for more trouble when it gets into the intestines.

Take him to the vet immediately. Trying to give a dog something when he is choking is not a good idea.
Pulling out the bone will leave splints in the throat or esophagus, which will lead to more bleeding.

IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION!
Also, be prepared to listen to a lecture by your vet or the ER vet about why you should not let your dog have bones. My friends tried to give my dog bones and I would politely refuse their offer (on behalf of my dog of course :) ). It's just too dangerous. Hope your dog is okay.

Give the dog the proper loving care and attention that it deserves. Get it to a vet really soon.

A trip to the vet. You run the risk of severely hurting them, maybe causing internal bleeding if you attempt to take it out yourself.

There is nothing you can give them. You also shouldn't try to take it out yourself or you could cause more damage. Take it to the vet.
