If your parents do not want you to go out with him, there is probably a good reason. Think about what they are saying. Your parents are responsible for your well being. When they tell you something like this, it is not just to make your life miserable. They must really think that he would not be good for you.

It depends on your age however parents are usually right about these things I found out the hard way. Even now at my age if I go out on a date I let my mum know just in case something bad happens at least she knows who I was with last and where I was. I would talk with my parents and ask them what it is they don't like, maybe they are just scared because your growing up maybe they can see you in big trouble with him down the track talk it over.

first u must ask ur parents the reason for they don't like the boy.try to convince them if u really like that guy.ask him whether he can impress ur parents by doing something that ur parents like.then when this is done take ur boyfriend to ur house frequently so that his and ur parent's relation becomes more strong and they would definately allow u to hang around with him.
and then also they dont allow u to do so then there must be something that would be good for ur life and future...dont be rude to ur parents or try to run away from ur parents with ur boyfriend...
best of luck!!!!

If you want to blow all the trust your parents have in you, don't listen to them and go out with him. If you want to ensure you are able to have a social life in the future - do what they say.
Remember, your parents can make your life miserable if they get angry enough at you.

I dyo not know what precisely your parents against him. Try to ascertain it and if it is just prejudice or misunderstanding ignore it and byall means go out with hr im.You are adult now and can certainly take your own decisions.

i think you should tell your parents or just wait. maybe he could do something to impress them to prove that first impressions arent always right. but listen to your parents they dont like him for a reason. although, my parents didnt like my boyfriend after a while. but i told them that i loved him (or in your case - really like him) and you have to learn for yourself if you get hurt. you'll only learn from that and it will make you stronger.. good luck with the talk!

the best advise anyone can give you is listen to your parents and listen to your friends. i have just begun to try to get myself out of something that i poured my soul into just to be crushed in the end, and if i had listened to my mom, my friends, and even my boss i wouldn't be in this situation right now. instead my mind and my heart are in the middle of war knowing that i need to listen to everyone and get rid of him, but feeling like he is the one for me.

Trust your parents on this one. I always later regretted for not listening back then.
If only I really had.......
