Unfortunately:
Fruits Basket will NEVER have a Season 2. The Director and Producer of the anime said so in different events. They say that they have various reasons for no doing so. They confirmed it that they will never pick up the manga anymore. (They shattered the little hopes of everyone LOL)
AS for Ouran HS Host Club. This, too, will UNLIKELY have a season 2. The reason?? The mangaa isn't even finished yet, as of now, there were 10 volumes of the manga, 8 of which the anime was adapted. The JUICIEST part was already in the 26-Episode anime a very unlikely ratio too (8 Manga Volumes : 26 Episode Anime) so maybe if the manga is finished which unlike to happen in the next 3 years due to its popularity, there is a 50% chance that they may pick it up again for a season 2.
Gakuen Alice is already finished ( I think) and there are rumors spreading that the season 2 is in the WORKS!!! But rumors id rumors :))

Out of all of those the only one with a second season is The World God Only Knows, and I'm pretty sure none of the others have another season planned
