My understanding is that before we are born, there is already an inherent conscience that guides us. The one that makes an innocent child cry in front of his quarreling parents. The discomfort that a child feels when his parents tells him to do a wrong thing. The force that makes a fetus move away from the instrument that intends to abort his birth. The force that makes one rebel against society that violates a natural law. That is the conscience Rev. Phillips is referring to when he says we get our conscience from God. That is the Holy conscience in everybody including the Atheist whether they like it or not. This kind of conscience led migrants to rebel against the social conscience of the old world and founded what is now the government of the people, by the people, and for the people.

Mr. Keats is referring to the social conscience. An external conscience that we adopt or reject based on our best judgment that is already inside.

I am afraid the US will not continue to be as strong as it is if she continues to kick God out of the American society.

but that has nothing to do with me believing in God...

so christians have no morals without God?

do you honestly think i was christian my whole life?
Do you honestly think i always beleived in God?
Nope.
Ive tried other religions, Messed with the occult, and even considered satanism at one point in my life.
But oddly enough through all that my morals stayed intact.
My morals today are the same as they were before i decided to give my life to God almost 6 yrs ago.

It is easy to be like everyone else to follow a path that is mostly tread upon...
but it takes a strong person to beleive in God and walk that very narrow path to Him. And while I may stray from that path once in a while...it is enough for me to beleive in my heart that i will be forgiven and that He will always love me.

so go ahead..and call me insane..i do not mind.

All humans get their morals from "theory of mind" or, if you like, empathy and similar emotions that evolve with social animals like us. This is because our survival is tied to a social group (eg. tribe) and not the individual. Some are born without this; they are called sociopaths and can become very dangerous individuals...
It has nothing to do with dogmatic religious beliefs.

I watched it. The video was stupid. What if your parents have no morals? Then what if you develop no conscience? Our prisons are full of people like that.

Christians get their morals[differentiation of right , or wrong] from GOD or the Bible.

Knowing the difference between right or wrong is raised with people from through their life styles plus the HOLY SPIRIT.

I began to watch it but then shut it down when the speaker started to knock Jehovah God and Christians.

Blasphemy is not something that I will entertain. My loyalty and dedication is not to imperfect man who offers no salvation and no everlasting life, but to whom that can and does offer life; Jehovah God.

Anything that comes up against our Grand Creator must be shunned and rebuked. I hope everyone comes to know this, but sadly about 90% of the world's population will not. This includes those claiming to be Christians but proving false to its power.

Most people that pronounce to be Christians are not. Atheists are definitely not Christians, and the whole of false religions is misleading nearly the entire inhabited earth.

Many who say they are Christians give "TRUE" Christians a bad name because they brag and boast about their so-called Christianity or they make public spectacles of themselves in order to "be noticed":

It is not a good idea, questioner, to be posting that blasphemous video to the public at all. You do Jehovah God no good service while you only inflame and boast the minds of the non-believers who mock God, and those false Christians who become inflamed and hostile.

It is utter garbage; as to compare Christians to having a DSM aka "Mental Illness Bible" diagnosis for all the reasons it states do not reflect any CHRIST following person. But I have seen it for myself, that Christians are being led by deceit into forced evaluations, and because these nut-cases known as psychologists, bow to their DSM and the evil inside their wicked hearts, they slap a "condition" on normal, GOD-loving ppl.....and LORD please forgive me when I say with MUCH INDIGNATION......
