i want to lose like 20 pounds in 2 months.
i always start diets but then i end up getting discouraged.
like will i lose weight fast if i cut out carbs?
and what kind of exercises should i do?
and i have big boobs and i really dont want to lose them.
i just want to lose some weight in my stomach area.
is there anything i can do to prevent my boobs from getting smaller?
thanks!

eat the healthy foods in the fresh fruit and vegetable aisles. Drink no sodas. Drink water with lemon added and a pack of artificial sweetener if needed. If you don't buy it, you won't eat it. So don't buy it. Don't let yourself get 'starving'. Eat small meals and snacks. Snack on raisins, apples, grapefruit. When you lose weight, you lose it all over. You don't get to choose where you lose it.

Your question comes up a lot, you are in very good company. The only, and I mean only, safe way to lose weight from the places you want and keep the curves in the places you want is balanced nutrition and moderate, daily exercise. I know you hate to hear it, but 1-2 pounds a week is a very sustainable lose rate. That mean you will probably lose only 10-15 pounds in 2 months. Maybe more, maybe less. If you eat 5-7 small (portions no larger than your fist) meals a day (protein, carbs and fats - no fast food, heathy meals only) your metabolism speeds up and you start burning problem fat just by breathing. Just a little hungry afterwards is fine but not overly full or stuffed.
A trainer can help you with basic exercise (sit-ups will NOT flatten your stomach but you'll have great abs under the fat). The upped metabolism will help burn that fat off but not like ecercise. If you exercise with short bursts of speed, like a sprint, you will burn twice as much body fat than a distance run, even though you burn the same number of calories. I know, seems weird but sports science has proven it over an over again. Sprinter bodies are lean and muscular, the right curves in the right places, while marathoners are skinny with a layer of body fat. Like you said, keep the good curves on you.
Take your time, buy a good book on nutition like Stop the Insanity or Body for Life, exericise for 20 min a day and you will lose a lot more than 20 pounds but it will take a lot longer than just 2 months. It is safer and lasts much longer than any diet that cuts out good carbs (like whole wheat bread). Good luck and be safe.

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
