Why aren't Christian Leaders and churches not rebuking pastor Benny Hinn?

I have heard many prominent Christians rebuke pastor Benny Hinn.

Hank Hannegraph, the "Bible Answer Man," has been highly critical of pastor Benny Hinn.

I feel very solid on bible doctrine and I know a false doctrine when I hear it. I am a backsliding Christian trying to work on me, but my answer to Hinn is to say nothing, and send him nothing, though I do try to contribute to Christian efforts I have come to trust. Why? When he was caught on a hidden camera and asked why he would not give a full financial disclosure, he said "Why? Cause God told me not to." That is a direct contradiction of the Pauline doctrine about the handling of money in a church. Paul himself would not take charge of money without another trusted church leader with him to show accountability. I don't need to talk about Hinn at length, just hold on to my check-book and turn the channel.

They know people like this are only after $. They are more concerned about Islamic radicals blowing people up, then, they will get back to Benny. When they are through, they will have purged the world of bad stuff, including people who create dry, processed, imitation food.
Why don't they rebuke the Arabs and oil corporations so I can drive to Kalifornia cheaply on vacation. I would also like free Cardinals' tickets if we could set that up.

It's not their place to pass judgement on him. It is their place to teach the gospel to those who are willing to hear it.

I wonder what's up with those people who do give their money and time to Benny Hinn? I guess I'll be a little judgemental myself and offer an opinion that those people are the same one's who accept no responsibility for their own lives and seek to blame others for their situation. When someone like Benny Hinn comes along and preys on their weakness, he has to give them something to make them think giving away their grocery money was the right thing to do.

I truly do think though that most of the people who are caught up in those theatrics, sadly don't have much control over their own lives, but aren't really willing to do work to make their lives better. They are just relying on someone else to do it for them.

Why should we rebuke a man who is being used by God to heal people and gives all the Glory for it back to God. Benny never claims to be the one that does the healing, he is just a willing vessel that God uses to heal people though, much like Mary was a willing vessel that God chose to use to bring His Son Jesus into the world in human form.

The Church of Christ had great debates before accepting Hinn into their ministry.

Let us not forget that Satan is alive and well, and can and will pinch nerves. Then remove his hellish powers, and a miracle will be declared.

Only God can create living cells, and Lazarus was decayed in the grave, and wrapped tight in burial wrappings, yet Jesus called him forth. He'll also reward His faithful when He harvests this earth.

Many of us have. There are apologetics courses and videos that compare what he does versus what orthodox Christianity is.

People would rather trust a flamboyant huckster, than the Word of God. And that's a shame.

They fail to rebuke for the same reason the Catholic Church failed to turn in their child molesting priests, and the same reason cops turn a blind eye to other corrupt cops: Their authority is based in part on a public show of solidarity.
