nothing worked for me, and I tried everything over the counter. I also tried internet sites and bought a professional strength kit which did not work. So I went to the dentist and told him I wanted Zoom whitening and I was going to charge it and pay on it monthly. He said he did not recommend zoom because patients said they did not get great results. He fitted me for upper and lower trays for my teeth and a company mailed a 16% solution to me. I could tell it was working by day 2. I have white teeth for the 1st time in my life. It cost $100.
