There is an unwritten law in NASCAR that you never hit a Car under caution or in the pits.
Kurt's actions not only put Tony in harms way but his Pit Crew. It is dangerous enough for the Over The Wall Guys as is; but to have a car come up an ram another car in the pit box; that is criminal.
Now, Tony has had his share of hitting cars on Pit Road as well; but he never did it while Pit Crews where over the wall.
Kurt should be suspended for a few races. He should be fined and docked points for sure. If it where up to me I would give him a five race suspension, 100K fine, and 200 point deduction. Got to send a message on this one.

Personally, I don't mind extra drama in nascar because it makes it far more interesting. However, the fact that it looked like he could have killed Tony's jackman is way way over the line. If Kurt was mad and wanted to yell he could have just pulled up a little farther away and not endangered the jack man. Or, he could have just stayed mad, gone back out on the track and done somehting then. The professional thing to do would have been to save it for later, maybe after the race. Tony probably would have been punished in that case. Kurt chose none of those and should face some consequences.

The only thing NASCAR has done so far was park Kurt for the rest of the race yesterday. I'm sure we'll here some type of penalty from NASCAR before the week is over. For NASCAR not to do anything else would be just as unprofessional as Kurt in pit row. I don't feel it was Tony's fault at all for the wreck. Far as pit row goes, Kurt was very unprofessional, he should of waited until after the race to say what he had to to Tony. I think Kurt should be not only fined, but also see a loss of points. Perhaps Kurt needs the anger management classes now ;)

I'm not sure what they will do but they need to do all they can do. NASCAR should jerk a knot in his tail for doing what he did. Had that crew member not been paying attention, he could have been killed. What kind of apology would Kurt have offered then? "Oh, well, it's unfortunate that guy was killed, but it's still Tony's fault. If he hadn't been so close to the edge of the pit, I wouldn't have ran over him while pulling up right beside the car in a rage to cuss him out." I don't know, but I imagine it could have been something like that, knowing Kurt. I'm glad that didn't happen, but I hope Kurt gets penalized big time for his display of immaturity and disregard for human life. There is no place in NASCAR for someone like that.

Kurt Busch is an idoit. He is the one who got into Tony on the track, just didn't have enough room before he moved up. All Kurt's fauly or his spotters. Anyways, what Busch did on pit road was just stupid and reckless. What the hell was he thinking? He could have taken a crew member out. Someone could have gotten seriously injured. He is lucky nobody did. I say NASCAR should suspend him for at least a race and fine him $100,000 and dock him 100 points.

Penalities are pending but it should be a $100,000 fine, 100 points docked, and maybe a few races suspended. I think that would give him the message and I hate that he did it at Dover because Dover has one of the worst pit roads ever. I mean 42 pit stalls and its like half the size as some of the others and you can barely get in and out of your pits wihtout hitting someone like it always happens there, I mean on Monday people made contact in the pits so its too jammed packed to do stupid crap like that. I think NASCAR was right in parking him the rest of the race and I think that penalities should be awarded.

Well Just to say at least Kyle Busch wouldnt do that. Ya he might run away from all the media but kurt should get penalized 100 points. That would put him in 18th place. Maybe Kyle Busch is going to clean up is act a little now after wrecking his brother. It has been looking like that. That was very childish amd very uncaring about smokes whole team. I am not a smoke fan but i know kurt shouldnt of done that

I think that a lot of the drivers are showing poor sportsmanship. What happens on the track is one thing but they have to learn that tempers need to be cooled before someone gets killed. Remember when tempers run high, people die. That isn't right. I am sure that Kurt Bush is going to get penalized, but it still comes down to what would happen if someone was seriously injured or got killed by such a stupid act. There is no excuse for what happened today.

i would like to see 100 Pt's $100,000. and parked for 4 races and nobody else can drive the car, we are talking about pit road safety, the pit crew does not make as much as the drives and its is very dangerous just on a normal pit stop, hang the prick up for awhile, tony will probably get fined also but Kurt's should be worst

Busch come up into Tony.Poor judgment from a spotter, poor judgment from a driver?
Busch was the aggressive party here and his "lack" of sportsmanship carried on in the pits and that action alone should net a suspension,it in dangered the crewman.
