A fever would most likely indicate an infection, such as that from a burst appendix, but if it is ongoing it could possibly indicate an autoimmune process such as Crohn's, ulcerative colitis, or even Lupus. If your doctor hasn't already, he should perform a CBC to rule out infection, urinalysis to rule out UTI which would cause lower back pain if in the kidneys (and, yes, can cause diarrhea and vomiting if the infection is severe,) followed by a rectal exam and/or an abdominal CT scan. This may need to be followed up by a colonoscopy if symptoms persist despite attempts at relieving them. Ask to be referred to a gastroenterologist (GI specialist) if your doctor won't try to help you any further.
Also, by your screen name, it appears you are female. In that regard, ask to see an endocrinologist- I had the same symptoms (I had more that you may/may not have) that eventually caused me to be diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
Good luck to you.

From the symptoms, you exhibit; it could be a case of food poisoning; stomach flu. or acute gastroenteritis or diarhhea.; or bowel disorder of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. . And it can last from several days to several weeks; until you expel all the bacteria or virus. It can also depend on how strong your immune system is. The reason for your weakness. is probably due to the dehydration. and not enough bedrest due to the frequent vomiting and lack of nutrition.
So it's impt that you should try to hydrate yourself as much as possible. You can survive without food;but you can not -without your electrolytes and fluids.
The small red breakouts on your face are petechiae or broken blood vessels. These are due to the forceful retchings you do while vomiting. Eventually, this will go away. The flat taste in your mouth is due to the fever. The fact you're not feeling well; your appetite will be suppressed. If your throat is sore, then most likely, it's due to the same viral infection in your stomach. as well.
Most foodborne diseases are caused by a variety of microbes such as bacteria and fungi. Other foodborne diseases are caused by viruses and parasites. Also, harmful toxins or chemicals that have contaminated food can cause foodborne illness.
Different foodborne diseases have different symptoms so there is no one syndrome that is foodborne illness. However, common symptoms include abdominal cramping, diarrhea, which may be bloody, nausea, vomiting, fever, headache, fatigue and body aches.
After contaminated food is consumed there is a delay before symptoms start. This delay is called the “incubation period”. The incubation period of a foodborne illness can range from less than an hour (rare) to days or weeks, and depends on the organism causing the illness and the amount ingested. This means that the last foods consumed before symptoms start are not always the source of a person’s illness

It could be anything, including a rheumatic disease.
Check with a different doctor, go to the emergency room of a public hospital, or visit the health clinic of a local university where you are likely to find knowledgeable doctors.
If you have a rheumatic disease, antibiotics are the new way to go. Check our group at:
