I had to have a surgery drained the doctor forgot to put in a drain line. I was told if I was put to sleep I would spend extra time in hospital so....They did give me a shot then preceded to push a stainless steel wire up my spinal column, from the opening in the coccyx to the area between my shoulders, they got about half way there, the pain became unbearable. The doctor said he didn't think I'd be able to take it even with pain meds. I told him he'd better not be there when I get out of bed. They had to stop, the pain was unbearable.
One nurse held my head, two almost sat on me, one held my arms and hands. I still screamed and cried.

I woke up in surgery during my hysterectomy and inside my mind I was screaming but no one could hear me and I couldn't move to let them know I was feeling them ripping my insides out. I remember one of the female's in the operating room commenting that someone my weight shouldn't be having surgery. Never mind that it was emergency surgery and I was about to bleed to death.
7 months before that, I was hit while riding in a sub-compact car by a fully loaded Peterbilt semi, in the heart of Indianapolis on I-75 northbound, got hooked on his bumper, pushed 1/4 mile and flipped over an embankment. and walked away with 5 herinated discs!
Let's not talk about being raised by alcoholic parents, beaten, stabbed, tied to the kitchen table to sleep with the family dog at night and being raped and molested from 4-14. That's just the tip of the iceberg. The Lord has brought me through a lot in my 46 years.

Kidney stones without a doubt. In college when I played baseball I got them twice from getting dehydrated. The pain was so bad I literally thought I had a serious problem down there and had something horribly wrong with me. Ive had dislocated fingers, Iliotibial band syndrome, bruised ribs, a dislocated collar bone (which was agonizingly painful) but nothing compared to kidney stones. Nothing.

Breaking my leg on the handicap swing at the local park. It sounds tame, but when my leg came between the footrest & the ground... worst physical pain of my life.

I burned my middle finger while lighting fireworks on a festival. 3 ibuprofens + Couple Diazepams + Liquor did not help. I tried keeping my finger immersed in ice cold water but that failed to help too. I could not sleep that night. A burn remains the most painful thing that ever happened to me.
