In computer when we zoom in a photo, or we wanna zoom in the farthest part in the photo, it gets blurry. As i saw in Tv professionals use some programme that can zoom in any part in the picture & they fix the pixels. Can anybody help me with that?

All JPGs blur when you zoom in too far. The smaller the file size, the faster they "pixelate".

What you likely saw on TV was professionals working with huge "RAW" files, not JPG files. RAW files are not compressed, but JPGs are.
