"Our love until eternity"
Which sounds better? I would also like to finish the phrase like this:
"Our love for eternity, Sincerly [name]"
Can someone help me please?

AMOR NOSTER AD AETERNITATEM =our love until eternity
USQUE AMOR NOSTER = our love always, continuously.
AMOR NOSTER SEMPITERNUS = Our eternal love
AMOR NOSTER SEMPITERNO = Our everlastingly love

(1) The adverbe 'sincerely' can also be translated with 'incorrupte' (integrally, with integrity) but I guess 'candidule' (candidly, frankly, openly) fits better the context.

The answers above have got the prepositions wrong. Correctly, the translation would be
either
amor noster in aeternitate
or (sounds better):
amor noster per aeternitatem
Even more classical, I'd say
amor noster, per saecula saeculorum
As for "sincerely", you would not use that literally in Latin. As an adequate formula to close a letter or a dedication, I'd use "always yours, (\name)"
semper tuus (name of a man)
or
semper tua (name of a woman)
