I will make you a deal. No Bible verses will be used and no defense of Christianity. Just common sense.
If we break everything down to genes and chromosomes and go back to creation, I think you might start to question something besides the Bible and those who read it.
For you to believe in Evolution, you must know that before the universe existed that a microscopic molecule containing a "gene" for the creation of the universe was floating around on its merry way and just happened to bump into its soul mate in an immeasurable sea of space. The odds of that happening are so astronomically huge that it took a Cray computer several expensive sessions to pump out about a 15 digit number to one. To put it simply, it did not happen and the whole theory of evolution depends on it! Everything evolved from something. right? The theory has just been shot before I could even get into what I wanted to say!
If humans evolved from animals, then the earth had to evolve from something. If evolution is NOT just a theory then the Universe evolved from something.
Not enough? Look at the complexity of the human body or the perfect design of the planet you live on. The human brain, although much researched and studied is still a mystery to the medical community. Tumors inside the brain are still inoperable and there will likely never be a brain transplant in a human subject.
As for the earth, if it were a few hundred miles closer to the sun, we would all fry. If the atmosphere were a few thousand feet lower, we would die. If the moon were a few thousand miles closer, all life would drown. If the world were not rotating on a perfect axis, the seasons would be off kilter and we would not be able to grow food or stay outside and enjoy a beautiful day....there would be none!
Do you see where I am headed? I will give you this: It takes much more faith to believe in a theory with as many holes and revisions in it as evolution has. My faith is small in comparison. Yet, you took the easy road for some reason instead of recognizing the fact that a supreme intelligence must have been behind the design of you, me, and everything in this Universe.

1. That is the whole argument for evolution, whereas even thinking abpout when we existed not, we have logical thoughts about the FIRST CAUSE.
2. Humans and monkeys DO NOT have a common ancestry. Try sticking to facts like Christians do. (Real Christians, not those heretics that ape around.)
3. You can't even feel your heart, because it's too cluttered.
4. Faith isn't dependant on a Writing, but is encouraged in many ways. Faith fulfills good deeds out of its good heart. Real Christians aren't just a people of a book. Why do atheists believe only poorly written school books and conspiracy theories written just to try to eclipse Orthodoxy?
5. Many Christians have positive experiences and contemplate many Signs long before concluding that these mean there is GOD. atheism's evolution merely is reactionary, and begins as its own end argument. Thgere is no comparison as to the development of these into positions taken.
6. Are you able to correlate evolution with the tooth fairy? Whether you do or not, how does this disjointed myth compare to the metaphysical unity of all Christian Doctrine? This is somehow a distinct try from # 3? This isn't an argument in Christian's eyes, but a known fact that JESUS loves even infidels.
7. One can often see correlations between an event and a person they didn't see effect it directly, but later see direct proof of it and find by sight that what they intuited by Faith was correct. But you might as well say that this is a magnified version of evolution's best apologetics. "I don't believe Genesis, and I made up an ignorant mockery without even having conviction of heart equal to that of my opponent who believes Genesis, so my myth wins!"
8. That's it in a nutshell for you evolutionists.
" If I was Christian, I would feel stupid. That was beautiful! Well done! :) "
That was pretty stupid coming from a person who pretends wicca still exists.
Why would Christians feel stupid right now?
" Best argument I've ever heard, thank you. "
I agree that that was the best argument any atheist has to offer.

1. The fact we're here does not prove evolution is correct. You have flawed logic. 2. So? They have similar bone structures, thats all... Maybe god made it that way? 3. Go ahead, feel that way. If on the "off chance" god IS real, I'm safe. Are you? 4. So? You have a moral code that tells you not to be evil. Guess where the origins of the western "moral code" comes from... The bible. Don't be a moron please. 5. How could I? How could YOU believe in evolution? Its just a theory. What do you have to gain from believing in evolution? Nothing! What do you have to gain from believing in God? Pretty much the insurance policy that you will NOT go to hell if he does actually exist. 6. Pfft toothfairy DOES exist, I saw her once! 7. See, you've been saved by the toothfairy. All bow down to the fairy-godess of teeth.

Well you missed the most important one -- I know God is who He says He is because I know Him personally. I understand the Bible is His word because I know the Author personally and His spirit teaches me from it. Further I have prayed with the Bible open and told God I expected results because His word told me He would answer a certain way. Amazing as it may seem to you He answered many of those prayers and I told nobody else about what I prayed!
I have seen God do miracles in answer to prayer including healing people (without a famous evangelist or faith healer),
casting out demons (using ordinary people), providing many things that would be impossible without Him, and above all delivering me from my spiritual ignorance and totally revolutionalizing my life.
Do you know your creator Darwin or (monkeys) or is it a big bang, in a personal way? Did your creator ( Darwin ) write the book on origins in such a way that only human understanding can grasp it and it takes no spiritual knowledge to get it? Does Darwin's human spirit teach you from it? Have you prayed to Darwin knowing that you would not get a response to your prayers? Did he prove he exists by not answering you and not granting the things you asked.
What miracle has your God Darwin shown you - how many healings has he done? Have you cast out devils by his lack of power over spiritual entities? (The devil would laugh at you if you tried this one). I can see that Darwin hasn't delivered you from spiritual ignorance because he can't. Only God can help you on that one!
You need to stop monkeying around with God and get down to where truth really is. You aren't funny! God isn't laughing at your human logic and your arguments against Him. He is loving you while you are trying to extricate Him from your life!
Not like the tooth fairy - She only wants your teeth! God wants
your entire life devoted to Him, and the benefits of that lifestyle are out of this world! I don't think I have to tell you the options are very limited.

As a Christian this has not yet happened to me. I have no problems with anyone outside of my belief giving their own opinions.
Those that I have met here have all been polite and respectful in our discussions and I have learned quite a bit from those who have knowledge.
I have no problem with the knowledge they have and have even acknowledged the truth in some of what what they have to say.
A Christian.

Though I'm not a Christian, how about this one: show me evolution in action, but do it without pointing to a book or reciting what the books about evolution say.
What about String Theory -- nowhere near proven, but still considered a theory just as well as evolution.

Why do you hate me and persecute me because I am a Christian. You don't know what being a Christian is to me. Or understand what I believe. I don't deny evolution. I believe it is a mystery and I believe in a higher power and I believe there is more to life than what is on the surface. How arrogant it would be to claim to know everything

"The fool has said in his heart, There is No God", Do you know what you mean? It is a non-denial denial dear person...How can you deny God unless you already know He exists? He would have to exist in order for you to deny him...Jesus said, "He who denys Me before men, him will I deny before My Father and the angels in Heaven"....Judgement Day will be coming, it is real, Christ is real and His judgements are real, please don't harden your heart like the pharao of egypt did, Jesus took your sins upon Himself on the cross and pardoned you for everything you have done in sin. What if you were in a maximum state prison, on death row, it's your last day, your execution is in hrs, the governor will not give you clemency, you got no way out, then all of a sudden the warden says, 'you are free to go', there is a man here who says he will take your place and pay the price of your wrongdoing just because he loves you and doesn't want you to die, would you accept his sacrafice?, would you pay homage to this man?, would you thank him with all your heart and soul for this second chance? Well, that's what Jesus has already done for you, out of love for you! You are special, you are the apple of His eye!, What have you got to lose?? You seem to have tried every wind of doctrine that has blown your way, aren't you tired of being blown about in your heart and soul?, Jesus is a rock you can depend upon, call upon, He will stick closer to you than a brother, He will be faithful even when you fall, because He will pick you back up, dust you off, give you a hug and give you the strength and courage to keep running the good race of Life! I will pray that Jesus will reveal Himself and His Love to you in a mighty way....No matter how much you say such things against God, He still loves you!!!! I get this feeling that you have had a tuff life and you may feel that God let you down, He hasn't, just turn to Him please, He is waiting to hear your voice, to hear your broken heart, you are a tough-guy?, get a Bible and read about great men who did tough things against God and how God changed them, like St Paul of Tarsus, this guy had Christians rounded up, put in prisons, he had St Stephen stoned to death, he hated Christians and on his way to Damascus where he was gonna go round up some more Christians and persecute them, well, he got the more than what he bargained for on that road , you can read all about this tough-guy in the chapter of ACTS in the New Testament, this tough-guy persecutor became one of the greatest disciples of Christ that ever lived!.....God Bless You!

do you feel better talking about it, because it sounds like it to me, but I think if you set around thinking all that up, than u must have a hard time believing yourself, and also like some one said why don't monkeys turn into humans now, so don't sit around and beat yourself up about it. just face it God loves you, not satan....... so tell satan to get out of your head because he is making you look like an idiot.

If you do feel that way then why is it that you want to change Christians? I know many Christians who are happier now that, like me they have found Christ than they were with out religion in their life. If you truly did not care and do not believe then why try to stop us from believing as it hurts no one to believe in God, Christ and the Bible.
