Nothing much to fear of an overdose. She could have diarrhea as the exlax laxative effect and 4 pills of midol could not cause significant damages. However, still it would be better to tell her parents to have their eye on her for now and the future not to let her do taking such amount of pills again.

It depends on how much pain killer (acetominophen) is in the Midol, (which I just learned is 500mg each). You can take up to 2400 mg of acetominophen per day (but I wouldn't advise it) and be ok if you have a healthy liver. She should drink alot of water because of the Exlax (dehydration) and the Midol. Overdosing on acetominophen is not a way to kill yourself, but it is a way to a liver transplant. Now wouldn't that be FUN???

6 exlax and midol should make her sick .

tell her parents, any pills can lead to trouble and some common pills in excess can have serious complications.

why she took them is the question.

You probaly dont really have to much to worry about... all its really going to do is make her sicker than a dog... Just keep an eye on her and if this is some sort of horribly flawed suicide attempt tell her parents, she may need some counseling or something like that

More than likely your friend didn't overdose. Below I pasted links to pages from MedLine to read about the sypmtoms, due to copyright, I could not paste the info here. I would say if she is experiencing these symptoms though to contact the poison control immediately, or a local hospital.
