You did not say what age you are. That is very important. She could be under 18. If that is the case,if you have sex with her you could be guilty of statutory rape.
The laws on statutory rape vary from state to state, however here in California she must be either over 18 or there must not be a difference in your ages of greater than 3 years.
If she is determined to have sex with you without a condom that should be a red flag. I have never met a woman who is determined to have sex without a condom unless she is determined to get pregnant or unless she wants DNA evidence so that she can accuse you of rape.

The first thing that I would do is make certain that she is over 18 or that there is not a difference in your ages greater than three years.
If she passes that test, next I would tell her that you never have sex with anyone unless you develop a relationship first. If she is really in love with you she will be willing to go out on some dates with you without having sex.
Once you have built up a relationship with her if you feel that you can trust her then I would consider having sex with her, but I would still want to know why she does not want to use a condom.
It is possible that she thinks that you will like it better and she thinks that is just a good way to get your attention, but I doubt it. I would be very wary of her.

listen tell her to go get checked out and bring the results with her before u decide if u shud use a condom or even have sex wit her
but if shes clean just pump the popper then she wont get pregnant and then ur safe
also make sure shes over 18 and has some dam good proof and make sure she aint drunk or stoned

I don't think you should even have second thoughts about this girl. It could be a prank, it could be a dare or she may just be desperate or she wants to spread some STD she has. Its totally up to you, but seriously, would you have intercourse with someone you don't know? One night stands are one thing but this seems really stupid.
