There are nearly limitless places & times in which we can choose to experience our lifetimes...Creation is much more vast than you can imagine in present state.
As far as "the Devil" inhabiting any of them...this human creation, based in & devised for fear, in an effort to control masses of other humans (and most effective, yes?), is a contrivance that can also be possible, in one way or another, in similar realms of similar stages of their growing process..

From a biblical perspective the devil is only a fallen angel, he does not have the ability to create anything only corrupt what God has created. So no I do not believe their is another world the devil created.

I doubt it.
Many religions don't even believe that there is a devil.
All of the Judeo-Christian-Islamic religions believe in the same God and that God created everything in the universe. If there is a Devil, he created nothing. Since God only creates Good, it would be illogical to believe that he would create a special place for evil.

thrilling question. yet i think of that from warning indications from the Bible, the devil can purely mimmick quite than create issues himself--plus the only creater i understand of is God. And if the devil is the god of this international and has administration over a million/4th of the earth (land--Revelations) I do have faith that this is in actuality the devil's international, i've got study it many circumstances. ...i think of we are the only planet with existence & i think of God works one after the different.

Doubt it, as satan is alive and well on this planet and is working overtime on anyone who is willing to fall for his cunning, deceptions that lure people away from Truth in Jesus. Satan was cast to earth from heaven, not another planet. God bless
