Do unsupported people have a right to survive in your country?

If not, then these women will have to go leaving all they have collected in these 5 years!

You want to know what will happen after the immigration bill, or are you worried that she has not been paying taxes? If the immigration bill passes, and if it allows people to apply to become citizens, then she could apply to become a citizen, and her children would become citizens, too. Many people are paid in cash and don't report taxes. Her employer should pay the taxes before giving her the money, but if the employer doesn't then she should take the responsibility and do it.
