It means "sh!t" - as in feces or defectation.

No, seriously, that's what it means. I think I know the cartoon you are watching, where a villian names his ship that because it has the symbol for "luck" in its Japanese kanji . . . but anyway, that's what it means.

In the show Galaxy box. UNKO when the two kanji symbols are written next to each other turn into the word bullshit . This was the joke because separately they meant luck / destiny but not when written together. Ego the joke the good guys laughed at.

connotation of Unko is more like poop rather s**t.
another japanese word, Kuso sounds more so "S**t" or "crap"
Kids use the word "Unko" all the time.
