Take her to the doctor (or clinic, or hospital, etc) and tell them what you are concerned about. Try a county hospital if you are uninsured, or call county health services or a rape hotline and ask them if they have any resources.
You can also try asking her if anyone has given her "owies" on her bottom or whatever you call her vagina. She may be old enought but maybe not (is she closer to 1 or to 2?). And whoever the hell is was that said a 1 yr old can't be raped is an idiot. Its called rape with a foreign object. It doesnt have to be a penis to be rape. Even if she's been fondelled, its still molestation! Get it checked out now!

Why are you concerned your daughter was touched or raped? If this is a serious issue, you should definitely contact an authority figure.
I highly doubt a one year old could be raped, but touching is easily possible. A doctor would be the best to tell you, so I highly suggest going to one.
Look for tearing or bleeding, bruises, unusual discharge. Those usually are some key signs.

After being raped it is common for the victim to experience intense, and sometimes unpredictable, emotions, and they may find it hard to deal with their memories of the event. Victims can be severely traumatized by the assault and may have difficulty functioning as well as they had been used to prior to the assault, with disruption of concentration, sleeping patterns and eating habits, for example. They may feel jumpy or be on edge. In the month(s) immediately following the assault these problems may be severe and very upsetting and may prevent the victim from revealing their ordeal to friends or family, or seeking police or medical assistance. This may result in Acute Stress Disorder. Symptoms of this are:
feeling numb and detached, like being in a daze or a dream, or feeling that the world is strange and unreal
difficulty remembering important parts of the assault
reliving the assault through repeated thoughts, memories, or nightmares
avoidance of things -places, thoughts, feelings- that remind the victim of the assault
anxiety or increased arousal (difficulty sleeping, concentrating, etc.)
avoidance of social life or place of rape also redness

If you really are concerned, take her to the emergency room. That is the only responsible thing to do. Checking her yourself would be another form of abuse in it's own right. The ER is trained, and yes, they will call child services, however, if you have reason to suspect something this bad has happened to your baby, go now. I can't believe you'd ask on the internet before going to ER anyhow! THAT IS CRAZY.

If you have any concerns take her to the doctor right away for an exam.... They have very special ways to figure this out one for example is giving them dolls many children will re enact the event with the dolls..... Does she flinch when you go to change her diaper is she scared to be left alone ( more than usual)..Please if you think this just happened get her to the ER tonight... At least you can ease your mind you will not be judged if it did or did not happen... Good Luck!

You should take her for an exam immediately. Unfortunately; if something did happen to her; you wld need the Dr.s exam results for the police to investigate, because your daughter isn't old enough to talk. (Anyway; that was my exp. in Wis. about a yr. ago). I hope that was helpful, and that everything turns out ok for you. God Bless.

If her personality has been changed totally within the past week or so, that might be a sign. Also, have her draw a picture, because sometimes what they draw shows something on their mind.

The best way would be to take her to the doctor for an exam, they can tell for sure if she has been raped.
Some signs: Vaginal bleeding, tenderness.
Touching would be hard to prove in any case.

I have a 10month old little girl and I cant even imagine what it would feel like to even wonder if someone did something like that to your child. Please Im begging you, go get her checked out. Getting advice on the internet wont help you. Follow your heart. I just may lose sleep over this tonight. Its very disturbing to me to think about something like this.
