i am traveling to honduras this friday and need to know wat the time differnce is , i am leaving at 6.00 am from indy and arriving 12.29 and i need to know the time from indy on which im going to land in honduras

Honduras has the same time as Central time in the U.S. However its 1 hour behind Central time. so add +1
If you are in the Pacific time you have to subtract one hour from you watch!

Honduras is the same as Central time in the U.S. But, does not observe daylight saving time so is an hour behind Central time right now.

if you live in central time zone you will turn your watch back one hour when you arrive in honduras...

As of this date, Honduran time is the same as Mountain time in the U.S., two hours behind EST.
