i hate my treadmill , i have a pool , so i have been swimming alot , my question is ,does swimming have the same effect , less or more than a treadmill ?

swimming is a whole body work out, while walking or running while very good is not as good as swimming. Pros for swimming,low in pact on joints,less likelihood of muscle pulls,

Swimming has all the aerobic effects of running or jogging with or without a treadmill. And it is easier on the joints especially the knees. The only disadvantage is the time it takes to learn to swim well.

Swimming beats a treadmill for a workout any day.

it depends on how hard or intense you swim, but generally, swimming involves more of the body's muscles than running or walking. it sounds to me like you enjoy swimming, so just keep doing it. if you are having some fun, getting some exercise would not seem like much of a struggle.

I also love to swim. It is wonderful exercise. It tones my body wonderfully and I always feel great after swimming. Plus it's fun!!

Obviously, a workout you are going to stick with will help more than one you hate. Other than that, as long as you go at a challenging pace for the same amount of time, the cardiovascular benefits are the same.
