Usually what is left over from supper the night before. This what happens when you are an LEO and work the night shift for eight years. You eat your supper at breakfast time and the kids join you just to talk with Dad.

No left overs? No problem. Breakfast is high speed and low drag, McDonald's bacon, egg and cheese biscuit, large orange juice and a bunch of meds right after. Yummy!

Unfortunately my body doesn't know the difference between breakfast and lunch. I sometimes eat pancakes for supper. I sometimes just don't eat breakfast and then skip over to lunch. Breakfast is what I am hungry for at that time. Sometimes it may be a cheesburger. My body needs food so I eat it. That is what I have for Breakfast.

I like to mix it up.... often I will have a split English muffin, toasted, with peanut butter spread on each half, sometimes I have leftovers from the night before... I like to have a hearty breakfast now and again, with eggs over easy, rye toast, home fries or hashbrowns, sausage or bacon. I like a glass of juice, either apple or fresh O.J. Sometimes I will have cold cereal or yogurt, but only when away on holidays or visiting.... At Cracker Barrel, I always get Uncle Herschel's Favorite: Two Eggs cooked to order with Grits, Sawmill Gravy, Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits, plus hashbrown casserole and grilled farm raised catfish fillet... In any case I always like to enjoy fresh-brewed coffee from fresh-ground beans, with 5% cream and two sugars. Just leave the pot on the table, please.

Most of the time a fried egg, buttered whole wheat toast (one slice), a fruit and maybe some veggetables like half a cup of broccoli or spinach. Oh, and a nice cup of green tea or jasmine tea. Very satisfying, pretty quick, and it lasts me almost until lunch time.
