Ok lets start with splitends, the only way to get rid of this problem is to get your hair cut on a regular basis. Which is every 6-8 weeks. Don't freak out when I say haircut I mean a slight trim just to get the dead ends off which will keep them from spliting.
As far as dandruff, are you sure it is dandruff and not dry scalp. The two are often confussed. In this case I would suggest to get a scalp treatment done when you get your haircut. When you get this done you stylist will take a brush and scrape away the dead skin on your scalp then apply a very heavy conditioner, put you under heat then wash it out. After the scalp treatment uses a tea tree shampoo at least once a week. This will help it from reacurring. If these steps don't work you have dandruff not dry scalp and need to see a dermatoligist to get something to take care of it.
As far as the hairfall which I am taking is hair loss. The average person losses 100-140 strands of hair a day, not to mention if you have pretty bad split ends they can also contribute to what seems like hair loss but is actually breakage. If you are not lossing more than 100-140 strands of hair a day. I don't think you have anything to worry about. If you are lossing more I would again see a dermatoligist. More than the average amount of hair loss is often a result of a high amount of stress or certain medications, your doctor will figure out what it is and tell you what you need to do to solve the problem.
I hope this information is helpful to you. Good Luck!!!!

1] Cut off split ends - they will progress up the hair shaft.
2] use a dandruff shampoo - Revlon makes one.
3] comb hair before shower.
4] wet hair. Apply 50 cents worth of shampooto hands, rub together, and apply to scalp - not the shafts of hair. Scrub scalp about as hard as you brush your teeth. Rinse thoroughly.
6] apply 50 cents of conditioner to hair, not scalp - your skin and the new hair don't need conditioner! Rinse thoroughly.
7] blot hair dry with towel - don't rub. Wet hair is fragile.
8] comb out tangles with a wide tooth comb. Never use a brush on wet hair - it breaks and splits the hairs!
9] scrub all combs, brushes, etc. about once a month with shampoo and a nail or toothbrush.
10] avoid blowdryers, irons, straighteners, and curlers until hair is in better shape.
11] avoid other hair products as much as possible - do ponytail and braid days!
12] eat well, drink lots of water, and take a multivitamin with iron every day.

Split ends - I'm sorry, but you gotta cut 'em off! That's the only solution Dryness - Use moisterizing conditioner. I have the same problem. Use moisterizing shampoos and conditioners that are for dry hair. Also put oils in your hair, too. DON'T blow dry your hair. If you need to to style it, wait until it is 95% dry and then start blow-drying it. If your hair is frizzy (It probably is, since it's dry) apply frizz-ease leave-in conditioner. Do this everyday. It helps. If you keep on doing this, your hair shouldn't be dry anymore. I hope that helps! :)

I use a great shampoo with tea tree oil. No more problems. It's by Arbonne International. I can send you a sample. I sell it too. It's kinda like Mary Kay and stuff, but we have a huge variety of products. The shampoo is awesome! Check it out.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://tinyurl.im/aH7RX While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

Your scalp is dry. I am sure you figured that out.
You should use "very little" olive oil before taking shower. Do it twice a week. Then take shower/bath with cold water only. Hot water dries the skin.
