depends upon your diet. you will gain muscle but must watch your simple carbohydrate intake or you'll gain muscle and still be carrying around fat. i did stationary bike workouts at the gym and didn't lose much weight but my clothes fit better because i was losing fat and building muscle. Not as much fat as i wanted but it was a lot better than nothing!

Haven't a clue. But as the others have said you'll also have to watch what you eat. And I do not mean stop eating!! Eat good, healthy, properly proportioned meals! Six small meals would be better than 2 or 3 big ones and for goodness sake do not skip breakfast!! In fact that should be your big meal from all I've read about it. That and drink lots of water. The only time it is best not to eat is 2 or 3 hours before you go to bed.

like the other person, you need to BURN MORE CALORIES then you take in.
if you are staying the same weight and add in this exercise, i could imagine you could lose possibly up to 10-12lbs...i know it dont seem like a lot, but biking is easy....
the more you sweat, the more you lose...drink a lot of water, eat more meals that are considerably smaller SMALLER!!!! SMALLER!!! and if you add that plus a good 15 minutes of crunch situps 3 times a week you could double that into losing about 20lbs or maybe even 30. just remember everyone is differnt, and dont giveup.

Depends on what you eat.
To loose, gain or maintain weight it is all a matter of caories in v calories out.
To loose weight you need calories consumed to be less than calories burned.
