I work out for 2 weeks to a month then always end up losing the motivation I had at first. What is a good way to keep the firey motivation you have in the begining?

I think you may be losing your motivation in your "fiery" motivation. Instead of trying to keep a high level of passion, you need to develop a motivation like water, meaning like a continuously running stream. Information is the most important support for that. Read books about what excess weight does to your health. Learn about why everyone should have proper nutrition, not just people losing weight. The knowledge will help you resist temptation.
Now for working out at the gym, or at home. Knowledge there also makes a difference. If at the beginning of the month you have a passionate dedication to your routine, but at the second half of the month you can't pick yourself up off the couch, you are doing too much at once. Make a chart of each exercise you do, and how many you do each day. Then cut that , say, in half, and only do that, but make yourself do it 5 days a week for the entire month, you will be much less likely to feel like quitting half way through.
After you have conquered your "drop out" syndrome for a couple of months, then add some more repetitions to your routine.
The amount you do, and the number of days you do it are up to you. My suggestions are just for examples. Don't burn yourself out. And find a buddy to work out, walk, and diet with. That way, you can call your friend for support when you need it, and they can call you when they need it. Have fun with this.

I observed the publication to be very informative and convenient to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply involved that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too swiftly. I will admit I have not adopted the advisor precisely. I'm now not sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however ordinarily) and doing little or no undertaking, however the weight maintains flying off. It certainly works and if I'd adopted it precisely I suppose it could scare the dwelling daylights out of me considering of the volume that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the knowledge. I've certainly not bought whatever like this earlier than considering they're mostly filled with trash, however 3WD has been a nice shock. Get began in these days!

Get a subscription to Men's Health or something of the sort. The pics and articles will remind you of what your goals are. Also, set yourself up to go. I'm personally a lot more likely to go if I back a back and go directly after work, if I go home even with the intention of working out...a lot less likely to happen.
