My favorite kind of cake is carrot cake with cream cheese icing. I love the spices and the fresh ingredients that go into making it. And it tends to stay moist longer. And the cream cheese frosting seems to accent the cake.

Swartzwalder. (Black Forest cake.) I like anything CHocolate. There is a Danish cake I like to. It is a roll(Chocolate flavor of course) that is dipped in CHocolate. The packaging is in Danish, so I have no clue whats it called. Its great out of the freezer. I am a little upset that I don't know where to buy it any more.
