Title: Bloody Mary Speghetti Sauce
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients
1 c ketchup
1 c water
1/2 c vinegar
1/2 c worcestershire sauce
1 lg onion; chopped
1 ds chili powder
1 1/2 lb ground beef; browned and
-drained
Instructions
Mix indredients. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 30 to 40
minutes. Serve of speg. noddles
NOTES : I grew up on this sauce, so I love it. When I make it for others,
they either LOVE it or HATE it. Not much middle ground. When I make it for
my wife, (the kids won't touch it) I add chopped stewed tomatos and a lot
of sweet basil. When my mother and father split up, he had his lawyer put
it in the court papers, that my mother had to give him a copy of the
recipe.

THAT wouldn't be a good idea due to the greasiness of hot ketchup. It'd be better to use plain ole' tomato sauce instead,

Ketchup
Chopped tomatoes (if you have them)
Garlic (salt, powder or fresh)
Onion (powder or fresh)
oregano, parsley, red pepper flakes, Black pepper or Cayenne (if you like it spicy).
If you don't have any fresh tomatoes add a little bit of water as the ketchup will be very thick
Heat to simmering...serve over pasta...
Its not the best but it will work in a pinch
