The joke should read as follows
A young woman pulls up to a fast food restaurant's drive through menu board. She rolls down her window with the intention of ordering the combo meal that INCLUDES a free drink. After a few minutes of thinking, she asks the cashier at the other end of the speaker:
“How much is the free drink?”
After a long pause a voice replies
“You're blond, aren't you?”
I'd give it a 3/5. Don't try stand-up quite yet.

well, you have the right idea of where the joke is going, you just need to put it into a better form. just work on the beginning and try not to give the ending away so soon. i have heard similar blonde jokes though...
it is pretty good though if you made it up. it's better than anything i could've came up with!

mmm yeah but you have to reformulate the joke
because she could have been asking the price of the free drink because maybe it's cheap so she doesn't have to buy the whole special offer just to get the drink
