It really works if you stay within your points range and work out at least 30 minutes a day. Just stick with it and it will work. That holds true for most diets. You just have to hang in there. The hardest part of any diet is the first week. After you get over that hump it gets easier from there. Good luck.

I tried them once. I know many people who have been on WW for a long time and lost a lot of weight but all of them have gained it back because it doesnt teach you good eating habits and its pretty impersonal - you have to know a lot more than they ask to determine how many calories/points a day you need - you have to take in consideration age, height, weight, sex, activity level, eating disorders etc.

I tried Weight Watchers and it worked for me. I attended their meetings every Monday. Knowing you will be weighed when you go for the meeting (once a week) forces you to eat within your calories so you can loose the 2 pounds a week.

Weight Watchers worked great for me! I lost 30 lbs doing it. It is impossible for Weight Watchers to kill you, and you don't buy food from them. (like "No Lies" and "Future"say) They teach you how to make better food choices and I feel that out of all the diets out there Weight Watchers gave me the most choices as far as what I could eat, a TON of support, and it actually worked. I highly recommend Weight Watchers.
