Installing Windows on Mac with Boot camp?

I already have boot camp and everything, but the one thing that is bothering me is that the windows I have is not the one with service pack 2. It is the original, as I bought it just when it came out. Should I continue with the installation and try to install service pack later, or should I not do it at all and just forget about installing windows at all?

Do the SP2 update after installing and running XP.
