Start going to a gym or use dumbells. work out 1-2 times a day flexing ur muscles in different ways. Do a lots of push-ups and sit-ups too. those really work do jogs around your neighborhood or go to a track. good luck

if you have low body fat percentage then you will get your muscles showing really fast - there are so many things you can do - sit ups (the best ab building exercise), pushups, squats, lunges etc, you can also do a little of cardio like running, jogging (with dumbbels in your hands if you want to) and swimming is a good cardio/toning exercise.
