Exercise.

you can definitely do that. just figure out how many calories you need per day (google, "how many calories do i need per day?") then subtract 700 from that amount. do some sort of exercise to burn off 300 calories a day (it shouldn't be hard since you'll have lots of time in the summer.

an example of burning 300 calories would be walking 3 miles (takes almost an hour at a leisurely pace) or running 3 miles. or biking 9 miles. eat the amoutn of calories above and exercise every day and you will lose 2 pounds a week easily.

try to eat mostly fruits and vegetables and whole grains, as well as 1% milk and fish. have a treat every once in a while, just don't make it an every day thing. 2 pounds a week would mean you would lose 24 pounds in 3 months. Good luck!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Ok well first you need to get a membership at the gym and go everyday! At the gym you will do.... 30 minutes on the stationary bike 20 minutes on elliptical 20 minutes running on treadmill make sure to do a 5-10 minute cool down after! You need to eat right. Watch your calories eat what you need to get through the day instead of for fun. Think of food as survival. You need 1500 calorie intake in one day. For breakfast: 2-3 scrambled egg whites For Lunch: any salad with a low fat dressing(don't drown the salad) For dinner: Grilled fish or chicken with vegetable snacks: munch on quakers rice cakes (they are actually really good even though they are rice cakes!!), fruit is always a good snack, original wheat thins Drinks: Water, you may think that juice is a good option but juice has a lot of calories so stick to just water!! Hope this helps and good luck to you!

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

When I was in high school I stayed slim by joining something I enjoyed to stay active. So maybe trying karate, soccer, rock climbing, boxing, it doesn't matter what it is as long as it is physical. Then...you won't have to watch everything you eat beause you are active. But definately start drinking more water and eating less fast food and things that are bad for you! Hope that helps!

Replace sugary drinks with water, avoid fast food, walk, run, hike, play any sort of sport that you enjoy, swim, bike, etc. Summer is a great time to get more active! Good luck on reaching your goal!

drink lots of water and excercise...lift your legs up and down every night while you lay on ur back or every morning. try to walk and run more. play with ur sister or cusins. dont try going on a starving diet cuz it wont work. but try not to eat after 6pm. and buy you a dvd on yoga or a work out dvd and watch it every night (ofcourse do wat it tells you to do) and you will be fine by the time you go back to school.
