Why doesn't Clearwire, or a similar company, make Wireless Cable TV?

If they can offer internet speeds above 1 mb/s which is more then enough to stream any kind of video, why not offer cable services as well?

1 Mb/s is not even DVD quality.
DVD quality is about 6 Mb/s. HD is 20 Mbits/s.
A cable also transmits multiple channels at the same time.
Wireless does not have enough bandwidth
