This is the shake I have every morning...

1/2 banana
about 3/4 cup frozen papaya
1 tbsp honey
1-2 tsp raw cocoa powder
1 scoop Fibre Smart
1 scoop hemp protien
1 tbsp omega fatty acid (such as Udo's oil)
1 1/4 cup water.

Blend and enjoy! The fibre and protein will keep you full until lunch, and it tastes like a healthy, chocolate shake!

I take nutrition shakes and since I started my overall health has improved dramatically. I have seen great results with headache relief, allergy symptoms gone, back pain, high energy, and no more 5 cups of coffee a day habit. If you want or need more info send me an email from my profile.

I take a half cup of quaker oats and mix it with a scoop of a whey/casein protein mix. I also add .5-1 tbsp of organic peanut butter to it and splenda to sweeten it if I got an insane sweet tooth. You can add all this into a blender and blend. Oh and the sweetener is optional too. Usually my protein powder is sweet enough, but sometimes I just gotta kill my sugar cravings.
