2 tbsp of olive oil
1/2 tsp of rosemary
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1/2 rsp of onion powder
1-2 cloves garlic minced
1tbsp of hot sauce
whisk together and coat the pork chops, let sit for at least half an hour. Then grill. This is enough for at least 4 pork chops. It is delicious, and not to spicy, but the hot sauce gives it a hint of warmth.

Use Dale's, you can find it in your local grocery store. Leave the pork chops in there for about 2-3 hours and you will never attempt to make your own stuff again.

I often use the oil and vinegar based salad dressings i.e. zesty italian (kraft). Also I do one that has soy sauce, ginger and garlic.

Plain old Italian dressing.
Shake, twist off cap, and pour.
