My 4yo yorkie is being weird. She is fixed and fine. I take her out side and she normally lisens to me then today I was like Daisy Duke get over here and she ran in my nabors yard and gave me a look like haha loser. So I finally got her and took her in and she dosent want to play any more I would always play "ball" or "tug a war".

I think all dogs have rambunctious days like that, Yesterday, My Bichon got out in the front yard and took a long run down the block. My Mom finally yelled for her to get back in. She came in and laid down for a long time and did not play for a while she needed a rest. She is fine today. I think getting away from their owners is a dog adventure. good luck.

Is this just today or has it been going on for a week or more.

If this just happened, don't worry about it.

Maybe she is just mad about being called off the lawn.

If it has been prolonged, try some puppy vitamins like from Petsmart.

It sounds like you are the type to give lots of attention and that would be my other advice to you.

iT SOUNDS LIKE SHE IS WANTING TO BE PAID MORE ATTENTION TO. Not only by playing, etc., but maybe she wants more room to run , wants to do different things, and so on. Try switching up her schedule. Surprise your dog with new toys and new activities. You might find the dog you miss so much become herself again.

If she doesn't feel like playing, you could use this time to study spelling.

you baby her too much and she thinks she can get away with it. no matter what she does wrong you have to punish her or she will only do that more.
