you guys ask atheists, "how can you be moral without god?"
well, we are every bit as moral as you guys.
but it seems you guys are admitting that at your root nature, you are immoral. and we are not.
so i have to conclude that atheists are >more< moral than christians, even without outside guidance to tell us what to do

No,many lead moral lives,even without God...We need God to be "Justified", in our morality.
The Bible declares that "our righteousness",(including Christians) is as filthy rags...

Morality is relativistic. Morals refer to the customs and practices of individual cultures. The making of morals is man believing that he can decide what is right and wrong because of the lie that the devil told Eve in the garden of Eden. Without God there is no basis for objective truth concerning right and wrong. Morals change. The ordinances of God do not, and leave no room for questions about what is right and what is wrong.

I think that, in my own mind and without the help of anyone, I can be pretty moral....****** but being Holy is only thru God & thats what makes all the difference!

The point of the bible is salvation, not being moral, because it says all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. It doesn't matter how "small" a sin you commited, if you've ever lied or cheated, you're a sinner who deserves to go to hell. That's why you needed Jesus to die for your sins.

if a man is left to his own devices he clings to his nature.
our nature is sinful.
if you had the day off from work whats the first thing to come to mind??
let me guess, relaxation or self indulgence.
How come you didn't think of going to the hospital and volunteering.
Why, because you think of your needs first.
sometimes, to a fault, such as porn.
Face it, we have a sinful nature that can only be made right by Jesus dying on a cross; once for all sins!
