When I was a little kid I randomly get adrenaline rush for no reason and now I still do . When I get adrenaline rush I can't think of anything but to fight , I feel a sudden change in me like:
1. When I get hit in the face or in most parts of my body I feel little to no pain at all .
2. A sudden increase in physical power
3. I could move faster
4. I become more vigilant

But the weird thing is that I keep on wanting for more adrenaline rush and I can't stop .
What should I do?

The reason you keep wanting more is because adrenaline is naturally produced DRUG - but like most drugs, it has side effects (which you listed above, but also include an increased heart rate).

Anything in excess can cause damage to your system - especially if you're heart is racing for an extended period of time.

If this keeps happening, then find a "healthy" way to take out your frustration - such as a heavy/speed bag. You might also want to get this checked out - as it might be an early sign of a future medical condition...

I've had that when i was a little kid. I would always run faster than usual and i was more powerful. I was really weird. Haha, but i've grown.

You should study Zen
Samurai were like this and that is what they studied
also..there is plenty I would say but this is the internet you can get in trouble for what you say

this may sound kinda dorky but yoga would really help andd running


whenever i get really pissed or something i run, if it keeps building you run faster, until you get really tired and have no more energy

or yoga i kno guyz dont really like yoga that much but its soothing it kinda brings peace with yourself

try both see what works good luck =]

go to a local gym and take it out on a punching bag
