No, it's brilliant. Do you realize how many new voters she just got? Not me. But there will be tons who point to her confession of faith without looking at what she has stood for all this time. I need more than those words to convince me her life revolves around God. Same true of all the candidates. It still comes down to what you vote for as verification to what you actually believe in. Words or action.

Not really. Faith really does help with what the song Amazing Grace calls "dangers, toils, and snares."

I think open minded people will understand why she would turn to something like her faith; she was completely humiliated on the world stage, the most famously cuckolded person in history, quite probably. The fact that she was able to delve deep and find the resources to forgive and heal - I think people will find that humanizes her a little even.

Yep. She is trying to pander to the religious. Which should PO the religious, especially with most of her stances being opposed to what many Christians value. And then not make her any more favorable to the non-religious when she starts putting religion in the race. This is the woman who said she wasn't any Tammy Wynette Stand by Your Man woman. She changes her name depending on the group she is wanting to impress at the moment - one day it is Rodham, then it is Clinton, then it is Rodham-Clinton. She will say whatever she thinks will make her more popular.

Unless the Republicans can come up with something better, which hasn't been out there for them since Reagan, she is the next president.

The only reason Bush got second term is the Dems could not come up with something better at the time. But look out, now the tide has changed.

Anyway, concerning your question, no.
They all claim some sort of spirituality in their lives and try to blend it into their politics to build confidence from the voters.

Interesting article, if I was American, and a voter in America, this would strengthen her case.

Most people would see Hillary as an interesting person to stay with somebody who has so publicly done wrong by you.

This shows depth and reality of her faith, I think it is brilliant, she wasn't pushy, but she did answer an important question, that her faith helped her save and remain in her marriage.

In short No.

what a laugh , Hillary claiming it was her faith that got her through. The only church service her or bill ever attended was for PR reasons. Give me a break.
